NOW SERVING FLORIDA & CALIFORNIA

Your loved one deserves someone watching when no one else is.

The senior care system is not designed to protect your family. We are. CareCircle is the only service in this market paid exclusively by families for advocacy — which means we are structurally, contractually, and financially on your side. Not the facility's.

Private pay. No referral fees. No facility kickbacks. Ever.

The senior care industry has a transparency problem. Here's what the data actually shows.

This is not paranoia. Every statistic below comes from federal investigators, peer-reviewed research, or Congressional findings.

64% of nursing home staff admitted to committing some form of abuse or neglect in anonymous surveys. Not a rogue facility. Not an isolated incident. The majority.

Federal investigators confirmed in March 2026 that nursing homes are chemically restraining dementia patients with antipsychotic drugs not approved for that use — and falsifying psychiatric diagnoses to justify it. The FDA has required a black box warning on these drugs since 2008 noting an increased risk of death.

Facilities across the country are discharging medically fragile residents — people with dementia, diabetes, and mobility limitations — to homeless shelters with as little as 24 hours notice. Federal inspectors have cited at least seven facilities in Ohio alone. The reason: Medicaid payments stopped, or a higher-paying short-term patient needed the bed.

A Place for Mom — the nation's largest senior care referral service — is currently under investigation by the United States Senate Special Committee on Aging for steering families toward facilities that paid the highest referral fees rather than those that provided the best care. A Washington Post investigation found that 37.5% of facilities that received A Place for Mom's "Best of Senior Living" award had documented citations for abuse or neglect.

They are not alone. Caring.com, hospital discharge lists, and most services families turn to in a crisis operate under the same model: the facility pays when you choose them. You get a recommendation. They get a check. This is the industry standard. It is not disclosed. And it is not in your interest.

This is the industry your family is navigating. And almost every resource available to help you is financially entangled with the facilities you're trying to evaluate.

Every family's situation is different. Tell us where you are.

MY LOVED ONE IS ALREADY IN A FACILITY

Someone needs to be watching.

Unannounced visits at any hour. Written intelligence reports within 12 hours of every visit. A structured deterrence methodology proven to change how facilities behave around the clock — not just when someone's watching. We go at night. We go on weekends. We go when no one expects us. Because that's when the truth shows up.

I NEED TO FIND THE RIGHT CARE

We'll help you find it — and stay accountable to it.

Whether your loved one needs in-home care, assisted living, memory care, or you're not sure yet — we help families navigate the decision with real data, independent guidance, and zero financial relationship with any provider we recommend. The consultation is complimentary. The research is complimentary. The recommendation is honest.

Free services aren't free. Someone is always paying — and it's usually the facility.

When a service is free to families, it means someone else is funding it. In senior care, that someone is almost always the facility — paid through referral fees, placement commissions, or advertising revenue when you choose them.

That financial structure creates an incentive problem that no amount of good intentions can fully solve. A service that earns money when you choose Facility A cannot give you an honest assessment of Facility A. The math doesn't work.

CareCircle charges families directly for advocacy services. We accept no referral fees, no placement commissions, and no payments from any facility in exchange for recommending them to families. That financial firewall is absolute and non-negotiable.

We do work with facilities — but on completely different terms. Facilities that want to raise their standard of care can license our proprietary AI Care Intelligence platform, engage our accountability consulting, or earn CareCircle certification through demonstrated performance. They pay us to get better. Not to get recommended. There is no arrangement — formal or informal — by which a facility's payment to CareCircle influences what we tell a family.

That distinction matters because it is the only model in this industry where the financial incentives actually align with resident safety. When a facility invests in our platform, they are investing in accountability infrastructure. When a family retains us, they are buying independent advocacy with zero conflict of interest. Those two things are compatible — because neither one compromises the other.

You are not our product. You are our client. There is a difference — and in senior care, that difference is everything.

Tell us what's going on. A real person will reach out.

Consultations are complimentary. No pressure. No scripts. If we can help you, we'll tell you how. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.
