Charles Lillo started Assisting Seniors in June 2008 — not as a franchise acquisition or a business pivot, but because he saw families in Pensacola struggling to find non-medical home care they could actually trust. Seventeen years later, that hasn't changed. Neither has his approach.
He personally oversees the matching of every caregiver to every client. Not an algorithm, not an intake coordinator — him. Because he knows that the difference between a caregiver who works and one who becomes part of the family is compatibility, and compatibility isn't something you can process through a call center.
Assisting Seniors serves clients in their homes, in assisted living facilities, in nursing homes, and in memory care units — from 3-hour shifts to 24/7 coverage. They accept most long-term care insurance policies. And their caregivers keep coming back. Some have been with the same clients for years.

Compensation Disclosure
CareCircle Network is compensated by care provider partners for qualified referrals. Families are never charged. This compensation may influence which providers appear as "Featured" in our network.
CareCircle Network is an independent referral service that connects families with licensed Florida senior home care agencies. We are not a home care agency and do not employ caregivers directly.
No Guarantee of Care Quality
While we vet all partner agencies for Florida licensure and insurance, CareCircle Network does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcomes of care provided by partner agencies. Families are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into a care agreement with any provider.
Compensation
Partner agencies compensate CareCircle Network for referrals and placement in our network. This is disclosed clearly on our site and in these terms. Families are never charged for our matching service.
Limitation of Liability
CareCircle Network is not liable for any damages arising from care provided by partner agencies, nor for any inaccuracies in provider information. Maximum liability to any party is limited to fees paid to CareCircle Network in the preceding 30 days.
Florida Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Escambia County, Florida.
